As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.
Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided with order status and shipping information. You will also receive a tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after being placed.
Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for South Africa
Delivery locations: Customer’s address (within South Africa).
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg).
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, all destinations).
Total delivery time: 3–6 business days, depending on customer location.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Please note that there may be cases when an order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, such as phone number or address, before we accept the order.
To avoid fraud, we reserve the right to validate your payment details and verify your personal information (identity, residence, or banking information). We may cancel any order where fraudulent activity is suspected.
We aim to provide accurate pricing information; however, errors may occur. If an item is mispriced, we may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.
What Happens After I Place an Order?
Lost or Stolen Packages
Elite Baby & Personal Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and monitoring their tracking details.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature, import/export rules, or regulations. These restrictions will be indicated on the product page.
Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Which Carriers Do You Ship With?
We work with reputable carriers, including The Courier Guy. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Track your order using the tracking number we send via email.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at orders@elitebabyandpersonalcare.co.za and we will assist you.
